How It Works

CharCoat CTI creates a thermal barrier by combining vacuum-filled ceramic microspheres, silicon microspheres, and specialized pigments to slow heat transfer through the coating. This mechanism mimics a hybrid of double glazing and traditional insulation, reflecting radiant heat while minimizing conductive heat flow. The coating can be applied to substrates at temperatures up to 70°C, allowing application without halting production. Its flexibility and adhesion ensure durability across complex geometries and extreme environments.
